BT TV app has locked any new devices and it has been far more than 30 days

We have one registered iPad but the other slot is locked and has been for at least 5 months. It suggests getting BT TV app extra but I don't think this would make a difference. Can anyone help?

I am sorry that you haven't been able to add a second device. I take it you have been trying to manage your registered device within the "Settings" area of the app?
