Re: BT TV app subscripton

Hi - again - Robbie.

I was trying to watch a match on NOW.  I’ve never been sure of the quickest successful route to get back to a programme once it has frozen.  Last night I went to ‘Settings’ and saw that broadband was not connected, without doing anything to router or extenders but, going back and forth using the remote, got it back.  When it froze again and got an apologetic “something went wrong” message I gave up and watched the (depressing) match on my laptop.
I have not tried watching the programme using the ethernet  cable; it is not a very practical solution to have metres of cable snaking across the floor into the hall and router or tacking it to the walls, around a door to the T.V.
