BT TV complaint

Hi There


I upgraded my Tv package to include the Sky Tv channels, thinking this would be an addition to my Max Hd package. I contacted BT the very next day to cancel the order when I discovered I had lost my MAX HD channels and would in effect be charged much more for Sky content than I would be from NOW TV directly, but despite assurances that this would be cancelled and MAX HD re instated, even after raising a complaint and phoning numerouse times nothig has been done...this was initially 3 months ago - can you suggest a way I can get this complaint dealt with any quicker ?

I'm sorry that you have not heard back about changing your account back to your MAX HD.

I'm going to send you a private message letting you know all the information we need from you. We may not be able to put you back onto MAX HD as this product is no longer available and the only none NOWTV package on offer now is Classic Entertainment. We can confirm all once we take a look into this for you.
