At my wits end so here in desperation!!!
for last six weeks one blue light only on Youview box. No access to apps or players on bttv. Have been ill so hadn’t addressed it before now.
tv box connected using mini connectors. I also have extra box upstairs also on second set of connectors which incidentally works fine.
main tv connectors have data lights etc all on. WiFi and broadband working fine on all other devices. I have turned all off, unplugged all, reset hub, repaired connectors, done maintenance mode reset of box, EVERYTHING advised on forums and still no joy. Went into settings and checked software.., have most up to date one. Checked internet connection and said no internet detected. Went into setting for that which led to a 2 hour stand off of a screen saying help with broadband setup. Pressing ok or any other button on remote or box wouldn’t get me out of it. Nor would unplugging, turning off, factory reset etc. Every single time I turned all back on the same screen appeared!!!! Grrrrrr. In end had to swap youview box with other room. Have got rid of the stuck screen ( though I don’t know what will happen when I connect original box back up) but still says cannot detect broadband and still can’t watch any apps players etc or get half the things I’m paying for. Really frustrated now!!! All was working fine for years on same set up until couple of months back, pleas help!!!!
