My BTTV went active this morning but the subscription channels are still not showing, I’ve attempted retuning & resetting the box but nothing.
How long does it usually take for them to appear? I’ve got the VIP package but can only see freeview at present.
Give it a bit of time and also try rebooting the HomeHub as that's often a necessary step.
@Mike1987 also try running a software update on the Youview box
I've tried both rebooting my smart hub and updating software; I'll just wait and see if it updates at any point today.
Have you updated the software on the Youview box? Also check MyBT for your order status. If it doesn't say closed, it won't be ready. It can take up to midnight on activation day for it to be completed
Whereabouts on the EPG are you looking? the Sky channels start at 335
Only thing showing on EPG is the freeview channels, nothing else.
The order is still showing as open so maybe it’s just a tad delayed although internet is working already.
@Mike1987 they all complete in stages. So if broadband is showing as working, it'll push on to the next stage. That might be in someone's job queue if it needs manual intervention. If it's an auto job, it'll push through..
Try logging in to the NowTv website and see if you can watch online using the App
I’ve been able to watch on NowTV app & BT Sport since I ordered so no issue there, just nothing showing on the EPG apart from the freeview channels.
