BT TV says device unsupported error TVE_S012

Hi

I've just joined BT but can't get BT TV to run on any of my devices - they all come up with the above error.

I have a Samsung Galay Tab S2, S7 and Lenovo tab.

If you take a look at About the BT TV app and online player and how to get it, you'll find a few more details about the BT TV app. 

In order to be able to use the app you need to subscribe to one of the following:

Entertainment Plus TV package

Total Entertainment TV package

Extra Box subscription.

What BT TV package did you order, when you signed up to BT?

Hi

Yes it's all rather confusing i.e. My BT says BT TV but I can't use the BT TV app!

My package says BT TV Starter with AMC which apparently I can view via the View TV link on bt.com. But that reports "15004 It appears that TV Everywhere is not activated on your account yet." (sigh). No iea what this "TV Everywhere" thing is ... as I said before, it's all rather confusing.

Hi @mr-b Sorry for the confusion. You mention that you are on the Starter Pack.

To get the BTTV App you will need to be on one of the following BTTV packages,

Entertainment Plus TV package

Total Entertainment TV package

Extra Box subscription.
