I do not have a smart tv and don't really want one but my YouView box is failing and BT website is now saying they are not selling anymore. Where do I go from here as trying to get an answer from BT at the moment is useless.

If you're paying a monthly subscription cost to BT for BTTV and you're within a minimum term contract, BT will replace the Youview box.
If you're outside of a contract, you'll be asked to renew to be sent a replacement.
Alternatively, you can purchase a Youview box from many high street retailers wesbites or have a look at www.youview.com
I have had BTTV for several years now and renewed my contract/package in February this year for 24 months before my previous contract ran out as I took on additional items. Does this count as being "in contract" please and if I got in touch with BT they would send a new box do you think?
