So my 20Mb was supposed to start today (19th April), so i checked my hub stats to see if the modulation had changed to annex. It has not at 2.33am, so I checked the BT site and it said the support team is online 24hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please make sure you're at your computer and it's switched on when you call.
