Thank you Olga - unfortunately Conor did not contact me yesterday either, nor today so far... I think BT cares nothing for its customers (from this experience) as everybody promises to help, but nobody actually DOES anything!!!! Once they have explored the next escalation route, they wash their hands of you...passing the buck...I am so very disappointed & dismayed that such a big company cares so little (in effect) for the elderly especially. I say again: "Shame On You BT"
Ty John - as Conor's last call was on 4th April & it is now 27th April, ie 23 days ago, I think he is just avoiding the issue - but we appreciate your concern. To be fair, our other contact Jordan has also failed to keep us informed...
Conor rang this morning, he has told me the fault is still 'open' & under investigation with the Newcastle team, he has promised to update me on progress soon. Thanks for your help Mods!
