BT - The worst company ever????

Words cannot describe how useless BT are. Left BT for Plusnet in over 2 months ago, twice calling them to make sure BT Vision & broadband would be deactivated without problem. Next thing you know I get an email welcoming me to BT! They signed me up again despite me having nothing to do with them any more. Hours of phone-calls followed, trying to get through to someone knowlegeable & I finally thought the problem was diffused. Next thing you know, I'm getting  £30 charge for cancelling my non-existant BT broadband that I haven't even asked for.

After so many attempts to leave BT, they're like a ghost constantly coming back to haunt me. I've given up even trying to sort it out any more as I've wasted hours already trying to solve this but I'm not going to waste any more time on this. Going my my hourly pay-rate in my job, it's them that owe me a few quid, so they can get stuffed!! BT are an absolutely useless outfit and I'll unless they try to sort it out for me, I'll be shooting hoops with any more bills that come through my door!

Re: BT - The worst company ever????

John:

1) I did give them a MAC code

2) This charge seems to be for my 2nd cancellation (the one I didn't sign up for)

Not quite good enough for a star mate!
