Hi has anyone had trouble in getting a response from the BT trials team, I was accepted on a trail part and as part of the trial my BT bill would be paid for the duration. Unfortunately after the trial team changed my package to a more expensive one (apparently needed for the trial), However this new bill hasn't been covered and the new package fee has been taken my DD, So I am now out of pocket. I have emailed the trial team on numerous occasions but can not get reply. Any Idea's what to do next
