I am at the end of 24 moths of a £54 Halo 1 broadband deal. I have a letter telling me I can renew and get a "free" upgrade to Halo 2.
First, I don't see any advantage for me in Halo 2. What I have is fine.
Second, the "free upgrade" is to a £65 per month package (so £240 more).
Do I have to upgrade to the Halo 2 more expensive package or is there any way of remaining or renewing at the cheaper rate and older service?
