Last week I tried to upgrade my BT vault, but because I didn't have my bank details to hand, I cancelled the process. Unfortunately, no matter when I log into my account, it's telling me that an unfinished process must be completed before I try again. I can't find that process to stop it manually.
any ideas how I can restart my upgrade.
aslo, How can I delete my original files (i.e. empty my vault) to start again
