Good afternoon all,
A question regarding my BT Virus Protect subscription that is included with my broadband, I have 15 Licenses and have only used 3. I now have no access to one of the machines to uninstall BT Virus Protect software so I thought I would log into my extras via BT.com and deactivate the machine in question (see picture)
but I am not convinced it has disabled the subscription on that machine because I tried deactivating all subscriptions for test purposes but when I verify my subscription on my machine, it verifies ok.
Does it take time to go through or should it be an instant disablement of software installed on that machine? Will the installed software eventually talk to McAfee and realize that the subscription has been deactivated and update accordingly?
Thanks in advance
Matt
Anybody ? 🙄
Still have ALL my licences deactiviated via My BT Extras and my current PC still has a valid subscription
