I just wondered if there were technical issues loggin in to BT today, I am unable to access my emails or log in to My BT - error message there are a lot of reports of problems on down detector too.
having the same problem. Logged in OK 2 hours ago but not now.
I cannot log in either. No idea what the problem is. Foolishly I attempted to change my password by answering my "secret question". It made no difference. Still cannot log in with either the old or new passwords. The original error message I was getting was simply "Something went wrong". I am now getting a message (not true) suggesting that my log in details are wrong
Thanks for a quick reply, sorry you can't log on too, but I am hoping it is a general tech problem that will be sorted soon - there is nothing on the Status Page however.

MyBT was working about an hour ago, but I am now also getting error messages when trying to login.
I don't have BT email, so cannot confirm on that front.
Exactly same thing just happened when I attempted to log in - "Something went wrong" - hopefully the Mods will give an update.
WHY am I getting a message "something went wrong. Please try again" when I try to log into emails or My BT? Has a glitch just developed in the system as I have SAVED my log in details. I also get a message asking me to check my log in details which I KNOW are correct as I have logged into my emails several times today. Also I have NO new orders.
