Hi. Checked my status and was opted in. Tried to opt out and then back in, but no joy. I can connect to the hotspot, but then after about 2 secs it drops off again.
Have you tried at another hotspot. It could be the hotspot that has the problem.
When I try to login using the app it says I am not opted in and directs me to the opt in page. I then opt in and it says I am now a member of the community, but it says I have a different broadband package to the one I actually have. Really confusing
Can you log on to BTWifi without using the app. ie connect to the BTWifi signal then open a webbrowser and enter your log on details there
Don't say what it is but is the username you are usng an email address?
