We have BT Broadband, Smart Hub 2, iPhones using BT Mobile. Web Protect & Parental Controls switched on. At home when our phones are using wireless by default, the app Psych! starts but hangs with no warnings. Disabling wireless so that the phones use 4G and the app starts ok. This made be suspicious of either Parental Controls or Web Protect. With the phones back on wireless, switching off Parental Controls made no difference. But switching off Web Protect did - the app now works. A Google search on Web Protect and Psych! did not reveal anything, so posting here in case anyone else has encountered this? I will be emailing saferbrowsing@bt.com to inform of this.
