Re: BT Whole Home Premium Wifi - Now here's why it doesn't work for me

@Dan-O

In September you suggested a new firmware release would be available before the end of the year to address my problem of manual WiFi channel selection not being preserved after a restart.

It seems other setting fall into this category.

@Dan-O is this product under active development?

Re: BT Whole Home Premium Wifi - Now here's why it doesn't work for me

I've just had confirmation from the BT complaints line that there is no formal hardware support provided for these discs to anyone who is not a BT customer, even if the issue is with the firmware

That sucks 😞

Support is via the product helpdesk, for all users, not just BT customers.
