Afternoon. I have had the 4 disc system for a month now and I`m losing patience. The connection is dropping out countless times a day and we`re losing connection to apps on SKY, XBOX, Phones, Laptops. I`ve switched off the WIFI on my Home Hub but still its happening and as I work from home its causing no end of problems on calls. Anyone any idea how I solve this? Wanted to call BT to discuss but the lines aren`t open and the online chat was offline despite it being before 5pm.
Any help appreciated thanks.
Hi @Durbs1975 welcome to the forum and sorry you are having connectivity issues with the Whole Home Wifi. You would be best to check with the Whole Home Wifi product team. They can be contacted by phone on: 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm)
