Afternoon. I have had the 4 disc system for a month now and I`m losing patience. The connection is dropping out countless times a day and we`re losing connection to apps on SKY, XBOX, Phones, Laptops. I`ve switched off the WIFI on my Home Hub but still its happening and as I work from home its causing no end of problems on calls. Anyone any idea how I solve this? Wanted to call BT to discuss but the lines aren`t open and the online chat was offline despite it being before 5pm.
