Hi,
I have been running a successful BT home network for sometime with lots of devices connected across the house (Wi-Fi Extender being somewhat dodgy at times) and have had a Hot Spot 500 go in to fault
Lights are:
Wireless: Off
Data: Off
1: Green
2: Green
Power: Green
The unit does not repond to any buttons or the hard reset button and cannot find it on the network. I'm sure it's beyond help but I thought I'd put the question out there in case someone has resolved the problem.
