We have had BT broadband for nearly two years but only recently purchased a smart phone so now looking at using BT Wi-Fi when out and about. I can see our Hub is activated for BT Wi-Fi when I log into the router, but when I try to check our status on the BT Fon site it says 'Customer product is not on allowed product list.' I thought maybe we needed to register but I get the same message if I try and do that. I am using the btinternet email address and password we use to log into our normal BT page so not sure what I am doing wrong? Has anyone else seen this problem and been able to solve it? Thanks!
