BT WiFi X Profile install from App (IPadOS)

Hi,

The latest version of Safari running on iPadOS opens pages in desktop mode and not mobile mode.  When using the BT WiFi app to install the profile for the BT WiFi X hotspot, when it is good and ready to download the profile, it uses the default web browser (safari) to do it.

Now that’s were the problem comes.  Because the web page is opened in desktop mode, it is confused and remains “waiting to download”.  It doesn’t work.  But there is an answer, reopening the page in mobile mode makes it work properly.

So I have a solution to my problem.  But is there any way to let the app developers know that it no longer works properly with the latest iPadOS?

thanks

Go to the Apple app store and search for the app. You can then contact the developers from there.

Thanks again.  (It wouldn’t let me say just thanks and accused me of “post flooding”)
