Hi Folks
Several months ago I performed a factory reset of my smart hub and I have tried numerous times to disable BT WIFI, by opting in and out, for varying lengths of time (30+ days in some instances).
Would it be possible for a Mod to provide assistance in getting it disabled.

If you call the BTWifi Team on 0800 111 4567 they should be able to opt you out.

Sorry, back again.
I phoned BT on Thursday and the person I spoke to had one of their colleagues try to resolve the issue. Looking at the router logs I could see that there was TR 069 activity at the same time I was on the call but the BT WIFI was still active.
I phoned again today (Monday) and was passed around several call centres before being cut off, I called back and eventually got cut off again by another agent after being put on hold, in total I spent 45 minutes trying to get this issue resolved.
Does anyone have any other suggestions as to how I can get this resolved,

BT WIFI was disabled last night

Would welcome some help around opting out myself. Seem to be drawing a blank and no longer obvious how to opt out.. any help would be most welcome.
