Today, I just apply fibre 100 broadband. I ordered my package and got to appoint an engineer visit.
It gives me almost 23 days to got connected but BT also says " you don't need to wait, use BT wifi"
I tried to use BT wifi, I choose BT broadband account and I use my BT ID but the system does not accept me.
It says " Please check you have entered your Username/Password correctly. "
I checked several times and also reset my password 2 times but nothing change..
Anyone know what is the problem?
How are you trying to access it, are you using a web browser?
yes on my MacBook Pro, BT asks me to my account in a new window. but not accept. On the other hand I can open my bt account on my browser with same id and password
I assume the nearby hotspot you can see, has a good signal, and you are getting the initial BT Wifi welcome screen?
Not sure, see if another forum member has any suggestions.
