I wonder if someone here can help as BT online chat didnt understand what I was on about. I am opted in for BT Wifi but my router still is not acting as a wifi hotspot, I have been with BT for just over a month now and and would have thought it would be activated on the router by now. Is there anyone I can contact in the UK so I can get the process sped up? I really do not want to have to speak to someone in an Indian call centre again only to be left frustrated and me no wiser as to whats going on.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

no it say "not active" in the router settings
If you would like to opt out, then wait about 30 minutes, then opt back in again, it should cause the server to update the status of the hub, within a couple of days.

It usually has the desired effect, but please post back here if the issue does not get resolved.
You can still use other hotspots when you are opted in, even if your own home hub is not transmitting.
So its been a week and after opting out then opting in again my router still is not acting as a wifi hotspot. It still says "not active" in the router settings. What is the next step I should take?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
