I wonder if anyone can help with a problem with my Wifi discs, please?
I have two in the house. I noticed one was had a red light yesterday and the other was flashing blue.
I turned both on and off but the problem didn't go away. I have tried resetting the smart hub, which otherwise seems to be working fine, to no avail. I have also tried factory re-setting the discs and have connected them via cable to the hub. The blue light is solid when connected via the cable but as soon as I disconnect the cable, the disc starts slowly flashing blue (about two seconds of blue on each "flash").
An engineer is coming in a week's time but wonder if anyone can suggest a fix in the meantime please?
