I've been a BT customer for about a month, I have a few issues
For one, I can't log into the BT Wifi/FON status page that allows you to view status or opt in/out. If I sign in with my Outlook email address, which is my BT ID, it says that the username is invalid and I should enter my BTInternet.com email address, so I created one of those on my account and it still hasn't let me log in.
Two, my BT Hub doesn't product a BT Wifi/FON network as it's supposed to do. BT Care have opted me out/in and nothing seems to be getting it working.
