BT Wireless verbal claims are false!

I was duped by BT in taking on the Home Hub Broadband by a claim during the sales pitch that the wireless penetration was better than any other provider. After several attempts to improve the coverage in my property I have given up and just waiting for my contract to end. My neighbnour has Sky and they provided a free booster when they reported issues. All I have had from BT staff is the statement that 'Wireless connections are not garunteed'. Well they were when you sold it to me. I cant wait to release myself from this shocking company. Broadband without wireless is pointless these days.

Re: BT Wireless verbal claims are false!

All routers have the same power output. Routers with one or more external aerials tend to be more efficient in providing coverage.

You are free to use your own router, or use a wifi booster like this one

There are other products which will help if your house is blocking wireless signals.

A wireless repeater is not always the best solution.

Even if you use a desktop with a convenient wired connection?
