So I quit Sky as I like the look of the BT Total entertainment and the 1TB youview box but the BT computer says NO !
I have BT infinity2, the wholesale speed test says I get 46MB down. The BT sales team and website say my line is not fast enough for 4k (their system must be giving them duff info)
Is there anything I can do ? I am not even that bothered about 4K, I just want the better YouView box with more storage, 4K is a nice plus. I am happy to take the risk 4K might not work when I am using the line for other stuff.
Is there any way to get BT to be flexible on this and give me the package I want ?
