So, here's a good question....Has anyone on here actually received their free xbox as part of the August tech deal?
After being lied to online by a customer service adviser who said that if we upgraded to bt sport we could get the deal and opening up 2 complaints we're still YET to receive the free xbox.
Been told we're going to get it but have to wait ANOTHER 30 days.
Looks like they're going right to the end of the deadline with this, and it's only took them almost 3 months to sort it out!
(If it actually has been sorted out...)
