BT YAHOO EMAIL

Go to solution

I''m having problems with my BTYahoo email. It stated running really slow a couple of months before xmas. I spoke with BT about this and eventually they decided it was because BT had changed the configuration of the email on their main server and nothing could be done about it. My problem is still persisting and driving me nuts. Especially as I work from home and it slows down my productivity. Does anybody have a clue or any advice where to go next or how i can escalate this problem and get it sorted? If i cannot get it remedied i will have think about a new email supplier!

Loads of posts on problems with BT YAHOO mail so you are not alone. Best solution move to third party email like gmail

Are you using webmail or a mail client, if the former I suggest changing to the latter.
