BT Yahoo Authentication Problems with Outlook on a Mac
Having been away for three weeks, when I turned on my outlook I couldn't connect to my BT yahoo account, it keeps coming up with a "AUTH" message.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I've been in touch with Tech Experts at BT have been told its a Yahoo server issue, the only work around is to log into web mail and then log out. Then it works! But only for a few hours
BT tech experts say this is a problem that's been happening for a month, which I was only told about after I signed up for a years tech help subscription. Yahoo are aware of it but, say its a multiple device problem. Which is rubbish as I have the devices on two account on Yahoo accounts and they work fine.
