For months now, I cliick on the 'Email' tab from 'My BT' and I get presented with the following:
There isn't a BT Yahoo! Mail service associated with the username/email address you've entered.

I know email account migration is/has been going on...but I haven't been able to access our BT email account at least since June/July '14 now.
Is there any fix/resolution in sight?!
