Has anyone noticed a problem with the dates in the list of e-mails in BT Yahoo mail? All the 2019 e-mails are listed under 2018 (2018 e-mails under 2017, etc.) and e-mails shown as "Yesterday" are actually the e-mails for two days ago (e.g. on 22nd March, e-mails dated 20 March were listed under "Yesterday"), with e-mails for today and the real yesterday being shown together. It's as if BT Yahoo mail doesn't recognise 2020; has the fact that it's a leap year caused the dates to be corrupted? And does BT have any plans to correct this?
Thank you for the link to previous postings on this issue - very useful. I discovered today that the dates are correct if Microsoft Edge is used as the search engine but, given that all my bookmarks are in Chrome, would be loathe to change my usual search engine just for e-mail.
I think you mean browser rather than search engine. There is no reason you can't use Chrome and Edge at the same time, one for websites, the other for email. As an aside, you should be able to export your bookmarks from Chrome and import them into Edge if you so wished.
Thanks very much advice (I'm not very "techy"!).
