Hi guys - We have the Amazon Prime app showing on our set-top box, and have signed into our Prime Account. All tickety boo, so far? However, when we try to play anything (this evening fancied watching an episode of "Jack Ryan"), an error message appeared saying we have insufficient bandwidth, and won't play at all.
We have infinity 2, and right now our speed test returrns 66.3mb download and 18.4mb upload - with said Jack Ryan playing via AppleTV.
What's that all about? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for responding. My router and BT TV box are connected directly by ethernet cable.
Thanks, Chris - I've just done that, but need to poop out now for a while, but will test it later.

Too much information
Aaaaaaawwwwww, and there was I thinking that was going to be a helpful lpost, but worry not; @Cris101's suggestion work.
Thanks everyone.
Presumably this is a error message reported from within the Amazon Prime Video app rather that a Youview generated one.
Correct - I could brrowse through the content, select a programme, but when I asked it toplay, the error was consistent.
Unplugging, replugging and restarting both router and BT TV box seem oto have sorted it out.
