just tried btspeedtester again and I also am getting a very low download speed - in the red like you. never had that before suggesting is knackered again
must be btspeedtester as my download speed on newsgroup is normal
It must be on the blink, because i had a hub 3 software update yesterday and i'm on Infinity and it gave me an 11Meg download speed, but no upload speed, and just now i re - tested it and it gave me 2Meg on the Download and 6.75Meg on Upload.
But Speedtest.net gave me 29Meg on the down and 8.1Meg on the up.
Guess it must be:(

just ran btspeedtester again and it was ok this time - so inconsistent
