BT and Email Passwords

I have been advised to change my email password. I have a password that I use to log into my BT  and email. Once I am into my email if I click on My BT in the menu I then have the opportunity to "Manage Your Mail" where under options next to my email address I can change my email password.  Is this the same password I am using to log in or is this another password because if it is, I have no idea what it is.  Any help please.

Hi @Judesman it is recommended that you use the same password for your BTID as your email account. We recommend you use a different password for your email account/BT ID than you use elsewhere.
