I am victim of the shambles that the relationship with openreach is.
I have been without broadband after requesting a home move on the 6th of June and being cut off on 26th July. That's nearly a month ago!
My new property needs cable laying from the pavement to the house. A fact that that have know since 6th June.
So far I have had 5 install engineers turn up. Not one able to do anything as between them bt and Openreach are incapable of booking a ground works crew. Even though I have been told twice that it has.
BT customer support have tried to help. Openreach have done nothing to help. They deny any responsibility to the end customer and refuse to comment on what bt have requested. While bt say that they have done what they should and it is openreach that are at fault.
I am now in danger of losing my job as I work from home so wound appreciate advice on how the escalate this pathetic combination.
