BT app - constantly have to log in

Due to my BT email changing from Yahoo recently, I had to install the BT email app on my  Iphone.  

I am asked to log in sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.  Is there some way to get round this as it is increasingly frustrating especially if I just want to quickly check my emails while out and about.  I always have to enter my email address & password & I can't find anyway around this.

You do not have to install the BT app on your iPhone.

The iPhone's native email app and any of the other multitude of email apps available for the iPhone will work.

I would suggest that you dump the BT email app and use a proper tried and tested email app.

What do you mean by native email?  I had yahoo email on my phone, but can't use it any more. That's why I installed the app. Thanks.

The Yahoo email app was for Yahoo emails, it just so happened that you could also use it for BTYahoo email accounts because they could use the Yahoo servers. Now that your BT email account has been migrated onto the BTMail system you must use the BT server settings as the Yahoo ones will not work.

You can not change the server settings on the Yahoo app hence the reason it no longer work but you can change them on the iPhone's native app.

The iPhone's native email app is the "Mail" app which come pre installed on your phone.
