If I run the BT app and check my wi fi networksnetwork I can see all devices connected to the Smart Hub 2 and Disc .
Only problem is my mobile phone which is connected to same network is not displayed.
If I log into the hub admin on 192.168.1.254 and look at devices I can see my mobile displayed ok. Any idea why.? Doesn't matter if I am connected to hub or disc.
On the app if I look at offline devices the mobile is displayed but it is clearly online and connected to wi fi.
Any ideas?

Hi @Emrsw01
Thanks for your post and welcome back!
I assume that when your phone connected to your Wifi network it wasn't automatically picked up and is why it's not showing on the app. It's a good one for us to feedback though. The main thing is that the mobile is showing within the Hub manager interface.
Thanks for letting us know.
Cheers,
Robbie
That may be the case although it has showed up on the app ok until recently.
Any resolution?
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and checked if from my Android Tablet but results still the same.
Problem resolved.
Went on phone settings and told it to forget wi fi network.
Then scanned again for wi fi. Entered code and now all works a treat.
Can see phone when connected to disc or hub from the app and hub manager ok.
Check your mobile phones network settings. On newer phones for security reasons they default to use a random Mac address. So your phone will be shown as connected but under a different Mac address which you won't recognise.
Go to mobile phone network settings, then Network details
Privacy (random mac or device Mac)
I'm fairly sure that after 2 years the problem has been resolved.
I just had the same issue and the suggested solution didn't work. So I thought I would update with the solution that worked for me. Sorry if you feel that was a waste of time.
