Re: BT broadband/BTSport contract issues.

Hi @Cranfield,

I can see that my colleague @RobbieMac sent you an email yesterday. If you are still unhappy that best thing to do is drop Robbie a reply and he'll get back to you.

Thanks

Re: BT broadband/BTSport contract issues.

I thought it was an auto response type email and reply had to be via this Forum.

I will reply to his email direct, thank you.

Re: BT broadband/BTSport contract issues.

I thought the telephone call with Robbie on 26th April had resolved this problem, as he moved me to a slightly different package.

BT Community Forum

However, I have now received another letter from Libby Barr, which confirms the outcome of the conversation and his email on 26th April.
It says my contract is for 18 months starting 26th April.
I do not accept that, I have previously had 12 months contracts and an 18 month contract has never been mentioned to me, nor is it in the email.
This looks like the shifting contract mess I have been exposed to for the last 9 months all over again.
Please confirm that my “new” contract is for 12 months.
