Hello there.
For some reason my BT call protect seems to have stopped working.
By this I mean. On my call protect Page (logged in) it just sits there with the blue circle spining. I will not show anything, it will not allow me to do anything.
Help and advice most welcome.

Try using a different browser. I find Firefox doesn't like the call protect page, Opera is fine.
Thanks for the advice. However I have never had problems before using FF.
Have deleted chache and cookie but still no joy.

I'm an infrequent user of Call Protect and a couple of minutes ago was going to add an unwanted caller to my personal blacklist. Found it didn't work using Firefox, took your advice and tried using IE and it works. Wonder why it doesn't work with Firefox?
As it turned out. It was firefox causing the issue with my CP. It was infact a plugin I used that was the culprite.
So check what plugins you use and the settings are probably the issue with FF. Default settings are fine and CP should run fine under FF
Having searched the forum after posting my last message I found my culprit was an Ad blocker on Firefox, when I disabled it I find Call Protect worked OK.
