BT cancelling unlimited faster broadband order.

I will give you the break down of what's happened so far.

We switched from talktalk to BT when switching we got a new line and we had delays because the line wasn't connected correctly so are phone number wouldn't show line check and work when doing line tests.

Once the new line was connect we went from only being able to get ADSL at 3-5.5mb to being able to get FTTC at 11-15mb. This is where the problems start all department excluding the tech department could see we could get the faster speed because when we signed up it only show the ADSL line the tech department said we couldn't get that speed so the sales agent put through a new order for faster unlimited broadband but because of the huge amount complaints and agents I spoke to the tech department change the estimate to what the old line could receive.

They proceeded to cancel my order so I'm now stuck on ADSL at 4.5 and all agents refuse to listen to me or change my order, I even had one agent end the chat on me after a hour long chat with me provided loads of evidence why it was wrong.

Other providers are still offering the 11-15mb but BT won't. I'm 1200 meters from the exchange and even closer to the cabinet that has FTTC meaning based of figures I should be able to get 17mb which is lot higher than we can get now, even half that would be more than we get now. Also note that their new estimate is still more than we are getting.

What can I do to get them to put the order through or get openreach to test and change the line over.

Anyone have any advice, going to phone up again tomorrow see if I can get any where.

If the dslchecker does not show FTTC then you will not make any progress. What do you get if you try checker now?
