BT ceases my broadband service

So BT offered to upgrade from faster broadband (around 10mbs) to super fast fibre, seems they can’t do this as it’s not actually available but instead of reverting to what we have had they have done a cease and reprovide. We’ve now been without internet for 8 days and no idea when they will reprivide. We have a case manager who doesn’t seem to be able to fix this or provide any timescale - what to do next ?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

That’s helpful - I really don’t know where to turn to get help and am just shocked by the lack of action from BT
