My sister (a pensioner) had her telephone number removed/changed on 21st July. Action should have been 3 doors away different account different name now very stressed cannot use computer cannot get support to reinstate her number has husband with dementia SOMEBODY must have authority to restore her number and sort out this mess before she too is ill
