I recently went to BT infinity, so thought I would set up my BT Cloud as its 50GB.
So I go to download the installer, it reuns and eventually it seems to run an app and I get a page saying step 1/5 and asking for my login info.
so I login - it then just goes to a blank screen and stays there. I don;t seem to be abe to do anything.
I go to MY BT and for BT cloud use it says:
Sorry, we can't find your BT Cloud usage right now. Please try again later.
Is there anything obvious I am doing wrong? SInce going to BT infinity although my conneciton works fine everyting else just seems messed up.
