Hi,
after having worked fine for last couple years my BT cloud started this last week :
I manually backed up recent photos from IOS12 ipad to cloud , did a strange flick through the entire photo set on the Ipad, and after about 15 mins i could see it uploading the photos.
alls well u may think , but these recently uploaded photos dont show when viewed from my ipad or Iphone BT cloud app!
They DO show from a PC or android phone app.
So the photos did upload but arent viewable from IOS clients,
also i am getting a random “ this service isn’t available from this user Id “ when doing the intial login , which is slightly scary as i have 33K photos on there,
How can i keep the faith in this service , all my family photos are on BT cloud, have i made a mistake ?
