BT contact

I scheduled for an engineer to come and install a phone line and broadband. When they came they explained the ladder they had wasn’t tall enough to reach my floor so I’ll need to call BT and reschedule. The engineers said they made notes and took pictures.

I tried to call BT 3 times and one of the times I waited for 54mins, then just as someone was about to pick up they hung up on me. 
I completely understand that Covid-19 has made this year very difficult but to hang up like that after waiting in queue for that long, baring in mind, making 3 attempts to call, the other 2 times waiting for about half an hour is absolutely terrible.

I genuinely might just try somewhere else
