Hello,
I would like to know when BT will or have already started using eSIMs like EE offer?
Has anyone else already got one? I have 1 work phone and 1 personal phone and I would like to only carry 1 around.
Thanks for your help

I am in the same boat as you and there are a number of threads on the forum asking the same question, unfortunately we don't have a definitive answer from BT at the moment that I am aware of.
They own EE which does support eSims, but haven't made the functionality available on BT Mobile yet even though it uses the same network.
I assume they will be added to Apple's eSim wireless carrier list when they do: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT209096
Hi @docz
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.
We currently don't have any plans to offer eSim's however if this ever changes we will let our customers know. Sorry if this isn't the response you had been hoping for.
Thanks
Matt
I have just seen that BT now offer eSIM for business customers.

When do they plan to offer this to residential customers?
@GMR,
At the moment we have no plan to offer eSims to our residential customers. if this ever changes we will post on the Community to let everyone know.
Thanks
Matt
I agree
if the service is available to business users , it should be available to all.
I wonder how and who we contact to voice our grievances
Sent comment via twitter, let’s see if vocalising gets heard
@Bt_uk I tweeted and DM’d with no reply
known me not done it correctly as I rarely use twitter
