Definitely missing emails, I'm not getting confirmation emails for stuff I'm doing.
I normally use IMAP and I began receiving the password failing box in Outlook, round about 14.20. So I tried web mail and ended up with a blank page. IMAP started working again about 10 minutes ago and now (14.38) I have successfully logged into web mail.
The new video welcome for BT Email popped up suggesting a change has just been introduced. Interestingly it includes statements alluding to BT having listened to what the customers want and included features accordingly! Perhaps the first indication of the attributes of any change was predilected by the "Error" code that flashed up after its completion and opening up of the package.
Unfortunately something has been changed but for the worse. Initial observation was a few duplicated emails. OK live with that assuming it's a function of some sort of transition. However, once you try to actually read or manage an email the underlying problems become more obvious. It is typically taking 30 seconds or more to open an email and something similar to move one from the Inbox to another folder. Worst case scenario was over a minute and I even got logged out of BT Email altogether at one point.
A rule didn't appear to have been functioning correctly so I decided to check that with similar unacceptable delays and once again I was logged out.
It is well past time BT Email got properly sorted out as this has been going on for an unacceptably long time. I await feedback from BT with bated breath!!
Me too!
Have been experiencing this problem just after windows pc startup, within the past few days.
Can’t blame it on Microsoft Onedrive, or internet security software scanning at startup. Something is strange...however, if you shut down your browser, whatever it is....wait, and then restart browser.
Another hub update looming perhaps??
